The Camp “Experience” Reimagined and Redefined: What was once a dream is now the reality… welcome to the new standard.  Perfect weather & Perfect riding conditions, pro coaches, Houseboats, New top of the line wakeboard boats & gear, Blobs, trampolines, Private cove and rail park, Aqua park, fishing, swimming, paddle boards & boats and much much more.  For almost twenty years we have continued to reinvent the wheel of what Fun & progression look like on the water.  West Coast Camps continues to attract riders and surfers from around the world that want to learn something new and have a great time doing it.    

Our camp is an all inclusive 5 day summer Wakeboarding camp located just west of Yosemite, in Central California. Lake McClure offers first class riding conditions and consistent weather so you can focus on learning rather than dodging wind and rollers. Established in 2002 by Professional Rider Mike Schwenne, with the goal to offer a safe place for kids to have the time of their lives while learning to wakeboard. Our coaching staff and our coaching system set us apart from every other facility in the world. With only 15 campers a week and 7 staff our camp is a family. No one gets left out, and everyone makes new friends.

Private Lessons

Our Professional wakeboard coach will meet you at the location of your choice, at a time and date that works for your group. Our lessons take place on your boat. Half day wakeboarding lessons run for three hours, either in the morning or afternoon. Full day wakeboard lessons include six hours of instruction, and a one hour break for lunch where you can “talk shop” with your coach.

3 hour coaching minimum
$120 per hour on your boat
$40 per hour for travel time
